Patrick is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has in excess of 25 years’ experience in UK commercial property. Patrick specialises in investment, asset management and property finance.
Prior to this he worked for Scandinavian fund manager Habro helping them to build a significant property investment and fund management business over the last 20 years. With UK property investments under management in the order of £ 1 billion Patrick was instrumental in the growth of this business, as a board director and latterly as UK CEO for this fund management business.
Prior to this Patrick was an equity partner at Kingfisher Property Finance raising debt, mezzanine and equity finance for property specific situations and before that a general practice surveyor specialising in valuation and landlord and tenant work at Knight Frank.
He has also contributed to property education running courses for the Investment Property Forum (IPF), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and speaking at various conferences.
He continues as a consultant to Habro and has founded Harnan Real Estate to assist others with their real estate aspirations.
Patrick is playing a significant role in the continued growth and then asset management of our real estate funds, creating and defending value on a wide array of complex commercial property situations across the UK. He’s working closely with us and our clients on asset management in a variety of single project and fund situations, identifying and structuring purchases, debt and equity raising, and investment. We wish him well in this venture and are delighted we continue to collaborate and work together going forward.
